Sautéed Kale with Hazelnut Gremolata

[js]
This dish is as simple as it can be.

It's kale simply sautéed in oil with garlic and pepper flakes, then finished with a squeeze of lemon. We served it with our hazelnut gremolata.

Why is this a separate post? Well, I just wanted to point out that natural light is the best! Woohoo. Of course, the day after this was back to doom and gloom. But, I'll take what I can get.

  4. This looks delicious. You're right - natural light is best. Unfortunately I think we're in the same boat right now... spring will come eventually, right?

  5. You really can't beat simply sauteed greens -- for flavor and nutrition.

Love kale... and the gremolata... and am yearning for some good natural light for my own photos! Thank goodness the dreariness of winter is almost over!!

Thanks! We did breadcrumbs on kale before, so I thought this would be a natural extension of that.
