Ingredients:
3 lbs Ground Pork
a can of Waterchestnuts
1.5 lbs Shrimp
15 pcs. Shitake Mushroom
Lettuce
3 pcs Shallots
1. Saute shallots until brown
2. Add pork, cook until pork is brown
3. Add waterchestnuts, mushroom and shrimp
4. Add salt and Hoisin sause to taste
5. Wrap in lettuce and enjoy. :)
